LIFTING LINERS
The duty of the lifting liners is to give the proper motion to grinding balls in order to crush the raw material inside the 1st chamber of the tube mill. The lifting liners are used for initial coarse grinding of the material to be ground. The main types of these liners are called as;

Lifting liners are used in the 1st compartment of a cement or raw mills. It consists of 2 light channeled X and Y plates. It creates a super well-balanced 3D-profile therefore
- It provides continuous lifting effect to the balls
- It provides optimal cascading ball trajectory.

Liner design – 3D profile and spe  cific circumferential channels – was initially invented and optimized further to a widely full program of DEM simulations. Finally, the models were tested under extreme conditions in terms of  %Vc, %FD and φ max, global impact conditions, and proved its final design structure for industrial use.
