ANVILS

We developed several designs of anvils to optimize and increase the performances while reducing cost/ton for  Vertical shaft impact crushers.
Depending on the application special alloys or MMC materials are proposed.

The Anvils are critical components of vertical shaft impactors (VSIs), playing a key role in the crushing and shaping of aggregates. Positioned within the crushing chamber, anvils are subjected to high levels of impact and abrasion during operation.

These components are meticulously designed to withstand the intense forces generated during the crushing process. Typically constructed from high-strength alloys or wear-resistant materials such as hardened steel or tungsten carbide inserts, anvils ensure durable performance and extended lifespan in demanding applications.

Anvils come in various designs tailored to specific crushing requirements. Some feature reversible configurations to maximize wear life, while others are designed for precise particle shaping. Additionally, adjustable anvils allow operators to fine-tune the crushing process to achieve desired aggregate specifications.

In summary, anvils are essential elements of vertical shaft impactors, contributing significantly to the efficient production of high-quality aggregates for diverse industrial applications
