POTASH - PHOSPHATE INDUSTRY

SPECTRAFLOW CROSSBELT ANALYZER: An online NIR sensor designed to analyze coarse ROM material directly on a conveyor belt (On-belt coarse material sensor).
The Crossbelt Analyzer features a user-friendly design that allows quick, non-invasive installation above the conveyor. Its eight halogen light sources supply sufficient energy to capture absorption spectra from run-of-mine (ROM) materials with wide and highly variable particle size distributions.

SPECTRAFLOW AIRSLIDE ANALYZER: A flagship solution for analyzing finely ground material in an airslide.
The Airslide Analyzer is engineered to support higher measurement accuracy throughout the process chain and to minimize reliance on laboratory analyses for process control. It provides constituent measurements down to ppm levels in fine materials conveyed to and from mills, furnaces, and smelters.

POTASH - PHOSPHATE INDUSTRY APPLICATIONS
Almost all commercially exploited potash deposits are derived from evaporite formations and consist primarily of potassium chloride (KCl), sodium chloride (NaCl), along with various other salt and clay minerals. Many of these salts exhibit strong and distinctive features in the NIR spectral range, making potash highly suitable for analysis with a SpectraFlow Analyzer, depending on the specific ore composition.

The analyzer can be deployed at multiple stages of the production chain, including immediately after mining, during final product assessment, or for monitoring waste streams.

Apatite, which is the dominant mineral component in phosphate ores, shows particularly pronounced characteristics in NIR spectra. As a result, phosphate ore can also be accurately analyzed using SpectraFlow across the entire production process.
