SPECTRAFLOW ONLINE ANALYZERS
Accurate, 24/7 online, instant measurements...
IRON ORE - SINTER INDUSTRY
SPECTRAFLOW CROSSBELT ANALYZER: An online NIR sensor designed to analyze coarse ROM material directly on a conveyor belt (On-belt coarse material sensor).
The Crossbelt Analyzer features a user-friendly design that allows quick, non-invasive installation above the conveyor. Its eight halogen light sources supply sufficient energy to capture absorption spectra from run-of-mine (ROM) materials with wide and highly variable particle size distributions.
SPECTRAFLOW AIRSLIDE ANALYZER: A flagship solution for analyzing finely ground material in an airslide.
The Airslide Analyzer is engineered to support higher measurement accuracy throughout the process chain and to minimize reliance on laboratory analyses for process control. It provides constituent measurements down to ppm levels in fine materials conveyed to and from mills, furnaces, and smelters.
IRON ORE - SINTER INDUSTRY APPLICATIONS :
SpectraFlow enables optimization of the entire iron ore production chain, starting from mining operations and extending through to the final pig iron output. In iron ore mines, SpectraFlow is applied to assess and classify raw material quality, either directly at the crushers or prior to loading the material onto trains or vessels for transportation. Within the sinter plant, the SpectraFlow Analyzer measures the material reclaimed from the blending bed, allowing subsequent adjustments through the addition of corrective components. Following the mixing drum, SpectraFlow can monitor moisture levels to ensure precise control of water addition during the sintering process. Achieving high-quality sinter depends heavily on critical parameters such as moisture, carbon content, and basicity, all of which can be effectively monitored and regulated using a SpectraFlow Analyzer. No other online analytical system is capable of handling iron ore materials with this level of performance.
