C TYPE NOZZLE REMOVER   PROTECTIVE CAP
Loosen the cap after attaching the C Remover to the nozzle tip groove to remove the nozzle.   Protects the nozzle and adapter from damage caused by rebounds from scaling or descaling water.

NOZZLE ASSEMBLY TOOL   BLIND TIP
Use the Nozzle Assembly Tool when assembling the nozzle tip and filter.   Attach the Blind Tip in place of a nozzle when performing a width cut on rolled steel products. It may also be used for tests on header pressure resistance.

PULL OUT NOZZLE REMOVER   SCREW NOZZLE REMOVER
Attach the Pull Out Remover to the nozzle tip groove after removing the cap and pull the handle to remove the nozzle.   Attach the Screw Remover to the nozzle tip groove after removing the cap and turn the handle to remove the nozzle.

DESCALING CHECK VALVE   LONG NOSE TIP
Optimized internal structure offers less pressure loss which results in high impact force.   Effective for testing reduction of spray distance with existing equipment.

LONG ADAPTOR      

Use the Long Adapter to adjust the optimum spray distance when the ascent/descent of the descaling header is difficult.

The descaling nozzles are one of the important element in the hot rolling mills. They are mainly used in between the reheating furnace and 1st stand of the mill line in order to remove the scales from the milled material i.e. slabs, squares, sections etc. The descaling nozzles consist of several parts to match with the heavy duty conditions that's why the major components which are subject to wear and abrasion due to high-pressure water over 200 bars, are made of Titanium grades. The design of the inlet filter, inner surface geometry, and the orifice carry the nozzle performance to higher levels compared to conventional descaling nozzles.

There are many different applications for spray nozzles in the steel industry starting from raw meal preparation and high furnaces till the stock areas for finish products.
