2010 NOVEMBER: ADOCIM CEMENT CONTRACTS WITH MAGOTTEAUX FOR NEW CEMENT BALL MILL INTERNALS
ADOÇİM has an important place in the cement sector with its partnership established with the international TITAN group.
It was decided to establish a new cement ball mill in Tokat for the purpose of increasing the annual production capacity of the integrated plant, which was initially started in 2007. All mill internals and process calculations have been decided to be done by grinding expert Magotteaux.
In project scope;
- Xlift®: 1st chamber shell liners
- Xclass®: 2nd chamber shell liners – a new horizon for the 2nd chamber liner design
- Opticontrol®: new generation adjustable diaphragm with flow control and modular chassis design
- Inlet head liners made from special alloys of Magotteaux
- outlet diaphragm
- Process calculations, commissioning, grinding media charge and supervision services
ADOÇIM and Magotteaux solution partnership have once again been consolidated with this project.
