Spray dry nozzles working at high pressures are a type of axial flow full cone nozzles. The nozzle body has internal parts to help creating very fine droplets after the solution is sprayed into the reaction tank where the full evaporation of the liquid in the solution is a must. The internal parts are made of Titanium grades that secure long life and long standing spray quality. These high-pressure spray dry nozzles are mainly used in the countercurrent reactors in which the high viscosity slurry solutions are spray dried.

LOW PRESSURE

flow rate ranges 0,7 - 53 lpm
spray angle ranges 50 - 100 degree
pressure ranges 1,4 - 5 bars
material ranges AISI 316L, Hastelloy C276
connection ranges 1/8'' - 1/2''

Low-pressure spray dry nozzles are a type of double-fluid nozzle having the same work principle. The compressed air is fed to spray nozzle in order to break the solution into fine droplets. The pressure figures are quite lower compared to high-pressure version of spray dry nozzles.
