Cement production consumes a lot of energy and efficiency is a very important factor. DENİZLİ ÇİMENTO SANAYİİ T.A.Ş. has dediced to use alternative fuels to be burnt in the PH calciner and kiln hood in oder to reduce the energy consumpiton. So, the plant decided upon BEUMER GROUP AFR-systems for storage, mixing, transport of the alternative fuels and shredded tyres.
TheBEUMER design two pipe conveyors, located in between preparation plant and burners are the heart of this investment. The pipe conveyors are a completely closed design that offers dust-free operation, energy efficient and minimum need for labor.
The investment put into operation in January 2017 succesfully.
