The works proceed in two ways like designing the cabins for our own purposes as well as proposing the correct nozzle for those who are also trying to build similar units.
The first studies of our engineers are focused on spray cabinets, tunnels and units to disinfect the possible virus and bacteria on the substrates that can be effaceable when passing the unit under envriomentally chemical spray.
Finally, our engineers has designed the most efficient disinfection spray cabinets, and we started the manufacture and supply it under our trademark of D-FECTION CABIN.
As mentioned, we are also ready to supply the correct spray nozzles from our stocks for any disinfection cabinet manufacturers due to the fact that the pandemia is a common problem worldwide.
As a correct guidance for correct spray nozzles, the ones we supply is designed for disinfection purposes that the optimal liquid droplet sizes are achieved after spraying. The nozzles contains in-built check-valves to prevent any dropping or leakage after it is shut-off. Moreover, these nozzles have in-built strainer aswell that a line filter is not a need to install. Any impurities in the liquid will not lead to any clogging due to in-built filter inside the nozzle body.
All these properties are not available in the high pressure humidification nozzles that are generally used for humidification and cooling effect in the restaurants and cafes.
D-FECTION CABIN units are supplied in flat-packed and very easy to assembly in 30 minutes by the enduser due to bolted structure.
