One of the leading Cement groups in Turkey - AKÇANSA a joint venture between Heidelberg and Sabancı Holding has a high capacity integrated cement plant in Çanakkale and having its own port facilities. The big VRM (Pfeiffer MPS 5000B) mill's roller tyres have recently been renewed from Magotteaux SA who is the pioneer in the casting technologies as well as the service life of the products manufactured.
Akçansa is quite focused in performance, cost and sustainability for the wear parts which are generally working in tough conditions, therefore, the decision of procurement from Magotteaux has been come true once again as repeatedly for Magotteaux roller tyres in NEOX-S quality.
NEOX-S quality is the latest Hi Cr - Ceramic composite material developed by Magotteaux and it is the newest 3rd generation of such composite materials.
