2017 MARCH: SPRAY NOZZLES FOR WIDE AND OPEN AREAS / AMBIENT HUMIDIFICATION
CAY and CAS series spray nozzles are the ones generating fine droplets even under low pressures and flow rates especially used for dust suppression without the need for any compressed air. The spray coverage can reach up to more than Ø4 mt for a spray distance of 1 mt only. This is mainly achieved by a special body structure of the spray nozzle and the flow rate is divided into 7 orifices in stead of a single one.
That simply means that a CAY or CAS series spray nozzle can replace 7 - 8 spray nozzle to do the same job.
It is recommended to use a line filter before the pump or a ‘’last station filter’’ just before the spray nozzle.
