2016 JUNE: ATIŞKAN ALCI PALLETISER UNITS = ''BEUMER''
ATIŞKAN ALÇI, one of the well-known companies in the production of gypsum-based building materials, has preferred to use BEUMER GROUP palletizing system in order to reduce the current process time and energy cost as well as decreasing the workmanship and making the packing line fully automated.
Following the signing of the contract in July 2013, the palletizing line was successfully commissioned in 2014. Thanks to precise palletizer technology provided by Beumer that was resulted in a high appreciation of the end user. The success of 1st palletizer in ATIŞKAN lead them to place an order for a 2nd palletizing unit to be installed in the new production line. 2nd palletizer was contracted in 2015 and delivery came true in 2016.
In addition to several advantages i.e. savings in labor, energy and time, BEUMER palletizing units are a compact design that can even be installed in places where space is limited. The last generation Hot Line service offers 7/24 help that BEUMER experts can easily access to control panel in order to solve any unexpected failures if it occurs so that the unit can be in service again in a short time.
