2009 SEPTEMBER : KÇS KAHRAMANMARAŞ CEMENT PREFERS XWIN COMPOSITE MATERIAL FROM MAGOTTEAUX
XWIN® Ceramic Layer Technology was invented by Magotteaux almost 15 years ago.
This patented metal matrix composite alloy consist of High Chrome & Ceramic particles which are embedded to each other by special casting methods.
Experiences shows that the result is to have 2,5 to 8 times longer life and performance compared to NiHard4 material depending on the working parameters.
KÇS KİPAŞ Cement Plant started its operation in February.2009. The newly started plant had 3 plant has 3 Vertical Mills, in turn MPS 4750BC, MPS 4500B and MPS 250BK.
After investigation of the possible spare tyres and tables technologies by Plant managers, finally they decided on Magotteaux XWIN® technology was decided as being the best and most effective solution
